Hi i have squirrels living in my roof for quite sometime now as a matter of fact they were there since we moved into the home ten years now.
Something is living in my attic.
If a raccoon is living in your attic you may see latrines or areas where it urinates and defecates.
I am guessing it has to be a mammal of some kind.
It is not difficult to tell you have an animal in the home but it can be difficult to identify what sort of animal it is.
These snakes aren t venomous but many people don t like the idea of snakes living in their attic and baby snakes if born in the attic will get everywhere.
The animal that is living up there will not rush up and attack you most likely the animal is much more scared of you than vice versa and will do everything possible to avoid coming in contact with you.
Also don t forget the time of year.

Different animals are more likely to enter your home during different times of the year.
I also sometimes hear noise in my walls of my house.
Raccoons can enter year round but 90 of cases happen in the months of march april and may when the female raccoons enter attics looking for a safe place to give birth.
I think there is an animals living up there this is a common call we get here at creature control.
The following noise identification chart will help you identify your pest.
You may see an oily stain on the ceiling in the area below the attic.
Pigeons may enter your attic through damaged eaves broken vents or attic windows.
Yes snakes actually do sometimes live in attics.
After the pigeon leaves repair the damaged area that allowed the pigeon to enter in the first place.
If you don t have a window you may have to wait for the bird to leave on its own.
Btw i am living in se england and it is pretty cold there is no heating up in said attic loft so it is not geckos or something like that.
Some of these pests come in just to spend the winter while others can live in an attic year round.
The snakes that do so are of course climbing snakes such as this yellow rat snake that i caught out of an attic.
I think something s living in my attic.
I hear them running in my attic and between the floors and in the crawlspace during the day mostly in the morning.
Now that the weather is turning colder i was thinking recently about all the different kinds of pests that can occupy attics in people s homes.
If you have a window in your attic open it and shoo the bird out.
