The queen elizabeth hall roof garden designed by the eden project and run by company of cooks is the place to be for stunning views of london.
The garden is home to a café bar and a variety of flora and fauna.
It s not a place where you come to have a few drinks there s a cafe and they don t serve alcohol but it s a lovely green space to look out onto the thames from and enjoy a serene.

Visited the southbank roof garden for the first time after reading about it in a recent issue of time out magazine.
Gardens england greater london the south bank the co ordinated development of the south bank between westminster bridge and southwark cathedral is a 20th century phenomenon much of the open space belonging to the 1960s and 1970s.
Created in 2011 to celebrate the festival of britain s 60th anniversary this peaceful space is now a much loved feature of southbank centre and an ideal location to enjoy the sunshine and a drink from the bar.
Quirky little outside bar with plenty of seating and a fabulous view overlooking the southbank centre and the thames.
A bit of a sanctuary on top of the southbank centre this garden is an absolute gem if you get there bright and early or at least before the hoards do.
The rooftop garden is located on top of the queen elizabeth hall purcell room.
